Libraries in NCKLS taxing counties that are not receiving the Courier subsidy are eligible for this grant. Information for the grant should be taken from the State Statistical Report that your library sent to the Kansas State Library. A percentage of postage will be paid for items LOANED. The percentage will be determined by total amount of grant requests and the amount budgeted for reimbursement. Interlibrary Loan Postage Reimbursement Grants are available February 15 through March 15 of each year.
